Join Azendo, a Danish leading offshore staffing company. We help clients hire, build, fully manage, and operate offshore teams in our Chiang Mai office – for roles in software and web development, marketing and eCommerce, and customer service.

You are a leader, a partner, and a go-getter, curious and eager to test, fail, and learn. And you are hungry to advance into a Sales Executive role.

With your entrepreneurial spirit, you understand the value in working and learning from others within and outside of the company to provide the best possible sales cycle experience and ultimately to acquire new clients.

About the role:

As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling our partner
software service for the Danish market.

You will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. We offer a competitive compensation package with a guaranteed salary plus a high commission. Your performance will contribute to the company’s next level of success.


Generate new leads through proactive outreach activities, including cold calls, emails, and networking.

Promote and sell software services.

Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Stay updated on industry trends and competition to position Azendo as a top choice in the market.

Achieve individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Proven track record as a successful sales professional.

Strong knowledge and experience in selling staffing services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.


Required Skills:

Proven ability to generate leads, conduct outreach activities, and close sales deals.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines.

Analytical mindset to track and analyze sales performance.
